OPS Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jeff Holt, presents Ralph Sirmons of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation with his new Garmin Nuvi GPS. Congratulations to Ralph for entering the drawing and winning!
And the winner is…Ralph Sirmons! Ralph is the Chief, DMV/Bureau of Driver Services Qualification and Issuance Section of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. He entered the raffle to win a GARMIN GPS a the OPS booth at the International Forum on Traffic Records & Highway Safety Information Systems in New Orleans. He was the lucky winner!
Our team of Jeff Holt, Dawn Holt, Bob Holtgrave, John Montalbino and Kevin Sifferlen was happy to meet Ralph, as well as the 400 attendees at this week’s Forum. OPS thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to meet so many leaders in highway safety.
